Refund Policy - UG Labs SDK

All fees paid to Universal Grammar Ltd. ("UG Labs") for access to the UG Labs SDK, API, or any related developer tools, licenses, or services are non-refundable.

By entering into a licensing or service agreement with UG Labs, the Developer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made to UG Labs, including but not limited to setup fees, license fees, usage-based charges, and subscription renewals, are final and non-refundable once processed. This applies regardless of the frequency or volume of your use of the Services during the applicable billing period.

2. Access Upon Payment

SDK credentials, documentation, and infrastructure resources are provisioned immediately upon activation of your account or subscription. Due to the immediate nature of service delivery, no refunds will be issued for unused time, partial subscription terms, or early termination of the agreement.

3. Evaluation & Demos

Developers are encouraged to thoroughly review all available documentation, demo environments, and testing sandboxes prior to making a purchase or entering into a subscription agreement. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the SDK and that it meets your technical and business requirements.

4. Error or Duplicate Charges

In the event of a verified billing error or duplicate charge, UG Labs will review the matter and, if the error is confirmed, issue a corrective credit to your account. Requests for billing error review must be submitted in writing to billing@uglabs.io within seven (7) days of the date the charge was processed. UG Labs reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the claimed error.

5. Termination

Termination of your account, license, or service agreement, whether initiated by you or by UG Labs, does not entitle you to a refund or partial credit for any fees previously paid. Upon termination, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period, unless termination is due to a breach of the Terms of Service.

Scope

This policy applies globally to all developer accounts, licenses, and enterprise integrations, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement executed by UG Labs.
