Refund Policy - UG Labs SDK

All fees paid to Universal Grammar Ltd. (“UG Labs”) for access to the UG Labs SDK, API, or any related developer tools, licenses, or services are non-refundable.

By entering into a licensing or service agreement with UG Labs, the Developer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments, including setup fees, license fees, usage-based charges, and subscription renewals, are final and non-refundable once processed.

‍

2. Access Upon Payment

SDK credentials, documentation, and infrastructure resources are provisioned immediately upon activation. Because access and capacity are allocated at that point, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, partial terms, or early termination.

3. Evaluation & Demos

Developers are encouraged to review available documentation, demo environments, and testing sandboxes prior to purchase or integration. Purchase constitutes confirmation that the SDK meets the Developer’s technical requirements.

4. Error or Duplicate Charges

In the event of a clear billing error or duplicate transaction, UG Labs will review and, if verified, issue a corrective credit. Requests must be submitted in writing to billing@uglabs.io within seven (7) days of the charge.

5. Termination

Termination of access - whether by the Developer or by UG Labs under the Terms of Service - does not entitle the Developer to any refund or partial credit of previously paid amounts.

This policy applies globally to all developer accounts, licenses, and enterprise integrations, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement executed by UG Labs.
